Accommodation
The property type is a semi detached villa. It is of a self catering type. This is an ideal spot for the family. There is air conditioning as well as central heating. Linen and towels are offered. There is sunbed, telephone and safe. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, grill, fridge, freezer and dish washer. In the living room, there is a fireplace seating for 4 people. Similarly, in the dining area also, there is seating for 4 people. The first bathroom is an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks set in marble, bidet, bath with shower and toilet. The second bathroom has double sinks set in marble, bidet, shower enclosure and toilet. There are two bedrooms in which a maximum of 4 people can sleep. The master bedroom has 1 extra large double bed. This can be converted to two singles. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds. Hair straighteners and hairdryers are also provided. For the entertainment of guests, there is TV, satellite or cable, radio, DVD and cd. Outside the home there is a balcony, 12 garden chairs, terrace, parking and barbecue. For sports lovers, there is a swimming pool. Pets are not permitted in this home. Long term renters and children are welcome in this holiday home.

In the lounge/dining area as well as the bedrooms, there is a reverse cycle air conditioning. This ensures a constant temperature in both winter and summer. Throughout the holiday home, there are brand new luxury soft furnishings. This home has a flat screen television that has cinema surround. On the TV, ipods can be played. Near the lounge area, there is a spacious terrace for outdoor eating that has a built in BBQ. For additional dining and private sunbathing, there is a large roof terrace which offers splendid views of the club in the direction of Mar Menor. There are spacious gardens surrounding this villa. There are shops and restaurants at walking distances. Smoking is allowed only on the roof terrace and outside terrace.
La Manga Club
The La Manga Club has three championship golf courses. At this academy, golf tuition can be booked in advance. At the club, there is a splendid par 47 pitch and put course. Visitors can participate in regular golf competitions. There are also 22 tennis courts. These also have tuition facility. There is also a provision for quad bike hire, crazy golf and cycle, bowling green, sauna and Jacuzzi, luxury spa, gymnasium and paddle tennis. In case of children from 6 months to 12 years, there is a mini club. There are academies for football, golf and tennis.
