The dining room consists of table and 4 dining chairs. For the guests, bed linen and indoor towels are offered. Upon arrival of the visitors, the property is cleaned and prepared. If the visitors stay for two weeks, there is a full linen change halfway during the vacation.
In an exclusive complex, Golden Paradise apartment is situated on the fourth floor. From the balcony, there are impressive sea views of the bay of Javea. For the sport loving people, there is a full size tennis court. There are also small and large swimming pools reserved for the residents of this apartment. This apartment has all the facilities that are essential for a holiday. For the mealtime, there are table and chairs on the balcony that overlooks the sea. This apartment has a private parking space that has an electronic gated entrance. The Golden Paradise is only a five minutes walk from the famous Arenal beach region. On this beach, there are excellent dining restaurants and it is also possible to enjoy the fine golden sandy beach. This beach also has children’s play frames, sunbeds, parasols, toilets and showers.

The bedroom has twin beds and sufficient wardrobe area. The bathroom is renovated and has a toilet, bidet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a toaster, microwave, fridge or freezer, 4 ring electric hob and oven. The utility room consists of an iron, a hairdryer and an ironing board. The living room is very comfortable. It comprises of a double sofa bed, CD player, DVD, TV, dining table and chairs. For the visitors, there is a welcome pack. Linen, bath towels and hand towels are offered. The different facilities offered are hob or stove, cot, shared pool, air conditioning and room fans. There are beautifully maintained gardens that have benches surrounding the huge swimming pool. The guests can play golf as frequently as possible. The La Sella golf is 15 minutes away and the Javea Golf is 10 minutes away.
